TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PAYMENT INFO AND SHIPPING COST AND TIME
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you proceed with any purchase order as you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the said terms and conditions upon making any purchase order. In the event you do not agree to be bound by any of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with any purchase order as to avoid any unnecessary dispute that may arises in due course.
1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
a) All items are 100% AUTHENTIC, BRAND NEW with TAG, bought from COACH PREMIUM OUTLET STORES in the USA.
b) Item comes with an individual GIFT RECEIPT, CARE CARD and wrapped in COACH TISSUE.
c) Only certain items come with a DUST BAG and GIFT BOX, as most of the Coach Outlet Store does not provide dust bag and gift box anymore.
d) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS SOLD ARE NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
e) All items are PRE-ORDER ITEMS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
f) NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made upon payment of deposit. In the event of cancellation, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and any amount paid shall be FORFEITED ABSOLUTELY. Thus, please make a decision and ensure that it is final before making any payment.
2) PAYMENT
a) I only accept payment by way of online transfer to my Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) account.
b) However, for customer from a foreign country ie Singapore and Brunei, you may contact me for an alternative payment method in the event there is any difficulty in effecting a Foreign Telegraphic Transfer to my Maybank account.
c) Upon making the relevant payment, you MUST e-mail to me the PROOF OF PAYMENT in view that the Online Banking System does not specify the identity of the payor, therefore proof of payment is necessary as an evidence of your payment and it also serves as a check and balance in the event of any error or dispute that might arises.
d) Proof of payment is as follow:-
i) ONLINE BANKING – e-mail to me a copy the successful transaction record screen; and
ii) ATM CASH DEPOSIT – e-mail to me a scanned copy or a digital photo of the deposit slip.
e) Payment for pre-order items:-
i) Deposit: 80% of the total purchase price shall be paid to me within ONE (1) day from the date of my confirmation that the item is available in the USA.
ii) Balance: the remaining 20% of the total purchase price shall be paid to me within FIVE (5) days from the date of my confirmation that the item has arrived in Malaysia FAILING WHICH you are deemed to have cancelled the purchase and the provision on cancellation as stated in Clause 1(g) shall applies. Thereafter, I shall deal with the item at my sole discretion without any further notice to you.
iii) Item(s) will be sent to you within THREE (3) working days from the date of my confirmation that full payment has been deposited to my Maybank account.
f) Payment for items in hand:-
i) Full payment ie 100% of the total purchase price shall be paid to me within TWO (2) days from the date of my confirmation that the item is available FAILING WHICH the reservation period will lapsed and I shall deal with the item at my sole discretion without any further notice to you.
ii) Item(s) will be sent to you within THREE (3) working days from the date of my confirmation that full payment has been deposited to my Maybank account.
3) SHIPPING COST AND TIME
a) All items are delivered via Poslaju. The estimated posting and handling costs are as follows:-
i) Peninsular Malaysia
• RM10 for small items
• RM15 for medium items
• RM25 for large items
ii) East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
• RM15 for small items
• RM25 for medium items
• RM40 for large items
iii) For shipping to other countries, please e-mail me at
adorablebags@gmail.com for the shipping costs.
b) For pre-order items from the USA, the estimated delivery time from the USA to Malaysia will be 12-20 working days (the definition of working day is from Mondays to Fridays excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in the USA and Malaysia).
Please note that the delivery time is merely an estimated period. Items may arrive sooner or later depending on the post office/customs clearance. I shall not be held responsible in the event of any customs and/or postal delay which is beyond my control. Therefore, I cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival.
c) For pre-order items or items in hand, I will send the item to you within THREE (3) working days from the date of my confirmation that full payment has been deposited to my Maybank account.
d) I will inform you the Poslaju tracking number via e-mail once the item is sent.
e) PLEASE NOTE THAT I SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF ANY LOSSES/DAMAGES DURING DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO YOU.
